1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and comply with the Platform Registration Terms.
By creating an account or using AznoTech, you acknowledge and agree to the AznoTech Terms of Use and all applicable platform policies.
2. Account Registration
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, the security of their account, the accuracy of their account information, and all activities performed under their account.
If a user violates the AznoTech Terms of Use or other applicable platform policies, AznoTech may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account in accordance with the Account Suspension Regulations.
3. Skill Verification & Evaluation
AznoTech may use artificial intelligence, technical assessments, and expert reviews to verify users' skills and evaluate their professional qualifications.
These processes are conducted in accordance with the AI-Powered Skill Assessment Rules and are intended solely to assess expertise and professional credibility. Completing or passing an assessment does not guarantee acceptance into any project, challenge, or collaboration opportunity.
4. Challenges & Projects
Organizations may publish challenges and specialized projects through AznoTech. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the originality, legality, and compliance of their submissions with the Intellectual Property (IP) of Projects and the Copyright Regulations for Challenges.
The execution of certain projects or challenges may also be subject to separate agreements, contracts, or additional terms that are legally binding on the parties involved.
5. Payments & Rewards
Payments and financial rewards are processed after the successful approval of project milestones and in accordance with the applicable Payment Terms and Financial Reward Eligibility Terms for each challenge.
AznoTech reserves the right to withhold, review, or suspend payments in cases of fraud, policy violations, or non-compliance with the AznoTech Terms of Use.
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the Intellectual Property (IP) of Projects and all original content they create, unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, contract, or applicable project terms. By submitting content to AznoTech, users grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive license to display, review, evaluate, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing platform services.
This license does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights unless expressly stated in a separate agreement or the applicable project terms.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not submit false information, violate Intellectual Property (IP) of Projects, manipulate challenge outcomes, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
Any violation of these terms may result in actions under the Account Suspension Regulations, including account restriction, suspension, or permanent removal.
