About the Role
We're looking for a mid-level UX Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences across our platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements
- Present design rationale and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and contribute to the design system
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX design experience for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience conducting user research and synthesizing findings
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or EdTech products
- Familiarity with design tokens and component libraries
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS)
