Engineering Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, impactful experiences across our platform. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design solutions that connect verified talent with real-world opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered digital experiences across web and platform interfaces
• Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive UI/UX solutions
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on insights
• Contribute to design systems and brand consistency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real product work
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, AI platforms, or professional ecosystems
• Familiarity with research-driven design
• Motion design or interaction design skills
• Experience building design systems
