This challenge seeks to design and implement an operational model for oak forest rehabilitation combining ecological restoration with economic watershed management, soil conservation, and sustainable economic benefits for local communities.

Review Scorecard, Submissions are evaluated across the following weighted criteria. Maximum total: 100 points.
Submission Requirements
- Comprehensive oak forest rehabilitation plan with degradation zoning maps and intervention priorities
- Minimum 70% sapling/natural regeneration survival rate, 20% runoff reduction, 15% erosion reduction in pilot area
- Economic watershed management design, stakeholder participation model, field pilot implementation, and minimum 3-year maintenance/monitoring guideline
- Pilot implementation in 100-500 hectares required. No mechanical destructive methods. Compliance with natural resource laws mandatory
